Lights, camera and Adobe Premiere Pro.

In 2018, I completed work experience with That’s Lancashire TV when it was based in Preston.

This was my first professional experience and I was lucky enough to complete the placement during the first year of my undergraduate degree. I developed knowledge on how to use Adobe Premiere Pro and equipment needed to broadcast a local news programme, as well as shadowing the presenter. I then conducted my own interviews, edited, and uploaded them onto Youtube! My first interview was with an inspiring stroke survivor who wanted to raise money for Blackpool Victoria Hospital after they treated her. My second interview was with Lancashire Constabulary who were launching a new scheme to help dementia sufferers if they were to get lost out and about. You can view them both below!
